Use of the Service

You may use this advertising platform only for lawful purposes. Campaigns containing prohibited content — including malware, misleading claims, or illegal products — will be terminated without refund.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all ad creatives comply with applicable laws and platform content policies. Approval does not transfer legal liability to loketppobbtn.id.

Publishers must not artificially inflate traffic, click volume, or impression counts. Detection of invalid traffic results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, and proprietary tools on loketppobbtn remain the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users retain ownership of their own ad creatives and content.

Limitation of Liability

Loketppobbtn.id provides the advertising platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes, CTR, or conversion rates.

Our liability in any dispute is capped at the total fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-Party Integrations

The ad network may integrate with third-party tracking, verification, or data providers. Loketppobbtn.id is not responsible for the terms or practices of those third parties.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access to info@loketppobbtn.id immediately.

Your Rights

Users may request account data exports or account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the advertising platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
